Park Square Homes built their 10th Habitat home for a local family!
The local builder and developer, celebrating its 40th anniversary, donated the labor and materials to build a family’s home in Orlando in February 2024. Their vendors and subcontractors also donated their labor and materials.
This incredible event brought another special week of community to Orlando’s Pine Hills neighborhood.

Park Square Homes Blitz 2024 culminated on Feb. 9 with a touching key ceremony, where our builder presented the key to our new homeowners. The homeowners and the builder spoke about what Blitz means to them. Relive this powerful ceremony!

This year’s Blitz will change their family’s life! Here is their story:
Affordable home will build foundation for success for the couple and their two children
Future homeowner Margarita said what she’s most looking forward to about purchasing her Habitat home is the additional time it will allow her to spend with her family.
The wife and mother of two works full-time as a financial aid analyst for a local medical college during the week and extra on the weekends to cover ever-rising rent and insurance costs. She became the family’s breadwinner after her husband of 20 years, Richard, was diagnosed with a muscle disorder and was no longer able to work.
She said the affordable mortgage her family will pay after purchasing their Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County home will allow her to work less and spend more time with her husband and their two children, ages 19 and 10.

Local builder and developer celebrates its 10th Habitat house
This is a big year for Park Square Homes. Not only are they celebrating 40 years in business, but in February they will celebrate building their 10th Habitat for Humanity Greater Orlando & Osceola County home.
At left are the smiling faces of the nine local families who have purchased safe, affordable houses built by Park Square Homes since 2015.
Suresh Gupta, co-CEO of Park Square Homes, said 2024 is all about celebrating milestones while serving the community that has supported the company for four decades.
