We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Orange County Government to be an official provider of Homebuyer Educational Seminars (aka HUD First-time Homebuyer Workshops) for county residents!
We have expanded our Orange County workshops to be held twice a month – once in English and once in Spanish.
First-Time Homebuyers Workshops are free and open to all, whether you’re looking to purchase a home through Habitat or on the open market. Attending a seminar is a requirement for applying to Orange County’s down-payment assistance program.
