Yes, you read that right … 150 volunteers are needed from Saturday, February 27th through Monday, February 29th!
During this time, we will be receiving donations from a trade show at the Orange County Convention Center, and we need all hands on deck!
Trade shows are a great source of materials and funding for our organization. Items donated by the show will be used in the construction of our homes and sold in our ReStores. The funds raised at the ReStores help to ensure the success of our mission.
During the shows, volunteers will confirm donations with vendors, gather donations, wrap donations and move donations to the loading docks. This event requires a lot of walking, standing, and lifting. Both individuals and groups are welcome (volunteers must be 18 or older).
